Sr. Nilima began her religious journey as a college staff member, marking the beginning of a life deeply rooted in education and spiritual formation. Her teaching ministry took shape in institutions like St. Antony’s School, St. Teresa’s LP School, and St. Teresa’s CGHSS, where she served with distinction. Her deep commitment and leadership qualities led her to serve as Principal of St. Teresa’s Higher Secondary School for 7 years, and later as Principal of St. Teresa’s CGHSS from 2015 to 2022. She continued her educational leadership as Principal at Carmel School, Peyad from 2022 to 2024. Her life also reflects a deep involvement in the formation and administration of the Congregation. From 2005 to 2008, she served as Junior Mistress under Sr. Emeline, followed by various leadership roles under various Provincials. Recognizing her wisdom, experience, and deep spirituality, Sr. Nilima was appointed as the Provincial Superior of the Kerala Province in 2024, a testimony to her life of faithful service and commitment to the mission.
